  • We currently accept Medicaid, Medicare, United, Cigna, BCBS and many others. For questions concerning if we accept your insurance please call our office.

  • Be sure to bring your insurance card(s), valid ID, and a list of your current medications or your medication bottles. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out new patient paperwork.

  • This depends entirely on how you are doing. We generally see individuals more frequently initially and then less often when clients are doing very well. We can determine together what an appropriate amount of time between appointments should be.

  • Yes, we work with a broad range of therapists in the community. The specific referral will depend on your individual circumstances and needs.

  • Services are provided with the understanding that you, not your insurance company, are ultimately responsible for the cost of your treatment. Insurance plans vary and not all services may be covered.

    Even if that provider is "In-Network" with your insurance company, this does not guarantee that your specific plan provides benefits for our services. Thus, it is important that you verify with your specific plan that Felicia McNeil PMHNP is in-network as sometimes, your insurance may outsource to a third party for mental health services.

    Coverages can change at any time, even with in-network plans, and again, it is imperative to understand that YOU are ultimately responsible for any/all incurred fees.
